Build a direction for your short-term rental with us as your guide! Savvy will help you develop a style, and furnish, as well as curate a shopping list for your property. We'll ensure that your listing has properly sized furniture that keeps guests comfortable and not crowded. We'll create a space that provides a unique experience that has spice and sophistication to attract your ideal guest so you can charge well. If you're interested in installation services as well, our team can complete your project end to end, just let us know in your inquiry.

Vacation Rental in a Box: After a direction is solidified and we've received measurements of the property from you, this is when we find every item for each space in the project: furniture, accessories + supplies. We document each room's items & layout with elevations and any additional information necessary.

Once the documentation is finalized, we confirm a time to meet and discuss with you the outcome of the design and if there need to be revisions.

Once the design is fully approved the order will be placed and delivery scheduled for large-scale items (if applicable).

Travel to site & assemble design for a turn-key operation (if applicable).

I had the pleasure of working with Cassidy & Lily on the interior design of my luxury short term rental in Joshua Tree, California. Specifically, I invested in their Vacation Rental in a Box offering which enabled them to drive the direction and overall design of the property from afar with me executing the install. During my due diligence phase in selecting a design firm, I engaged a sizable pool of designers, all whom had offerings geared at short-term rentals and Savvy was BY FAR the most buttoned-up and professional of the lot, establishing a clear scope of work and set of deliverables starting with a proposal and mood board. Because we believe communication is so key in a project, we don't put a limit on the number of meetings. We have intentional meetings for milestones, but if you want to initiate a meeting outside of those, we encourage it! We want to make sure your questions or thoughts are always addressed. The only reason additional meetings would not be included is if the meeting topic is outside of the project scope. In that case, an additional fee will incur.

Your Airbnb's style should reflect the property's location. The design should be bold to stand out on the market and doesn't necessarily need to reflect your personal style. We will help guide you and recommend a design direction.
